[DEVONthink] 문서를 외부의 프로그램 혹은 외부 에디터(editor)로 열기

  

  DEVONthink 에서는 기본적으로 pdf, rich text, markdown 파일을 열고 수정할 수 있는 내장 에디터를 제공하고있지만 마음에 들지 않는 경우 다른 외부 에디터(external editor)를 사용할 수 있다. 

외부 에디터로 여는 방법

문서 선택하고 상단 메뉴에서 Data 메뉴 클릭

Data - Open with  

공식매뉴얼의 설명: "Opens the selected documents in the application selected from the sub-menu. 

You can edit the document in the external application, DEVONthink Pro Office automatically synchronizes the file when it is being saved to disk by the other application. Choose Other to open the documents with an application not listed."

또는 아래와 같이 문서를 우클릭하고 Open with 를 클릭하여도 됨.

Default app 혹은 Default editor를 설정하는 방법

문서를 여는 default 프로그램은 devonthink 내부에서 설정하는 것이 아니라 mac 에서 설정한 값 대로 실행된다. 따라서 아래와 같이 mac 의 기본 실행 프로그램을 설정해주면 된다.

• mac 의 finder 탐색기에서 어떤 파일을 우클릭하고 Open with(다음으로 열기) - 기타... 를 클릭
• 아래와 같이 기본 실행 프로그램을 선택한다. 그리고 옵션 버튼을 클릭해서 항상 다음으로 열기를 체크하면 된다.
